A meal can be skipped by informing us by 7 am for lunch and 3 pm for dinner. No charges for skipped meals.

You can edit, cancel or change delivery timings of your order for any required dates or particular meal. Prices will be adjusted accordingly and any such changes will come into effect in 24 hours.

Subscription can be availed on monthly basis. It takes 24 hours to activate tiffin subscription.

Tiffin subscription can be cancelled at any time with full refund within 24 hours.

You may choose your supplier to order your meal from. If the distance of the supplier is more than 5km. radius, then some extra charges will be charged on a per month basis.
